Shyama Pyari Welfare Foundation is a non-profit organization established with the primary objective of undertaking charitable activities for the welfare of society at large. The Foundation works on a non-profit basis and is dedicated to serving underprivileged and marginalized sections of society without discrimination of caste, creed, religion, gender, or region.

The Foundation actively undertakes food distribution programs to support economically weaker individuals, homeless persons, and families in need. These activities aim to address hunger and malnutrition and promote basic human dignity.

In the field of education, the Foundation supports children from underprivileged backgrounds by providing educational assistance, learning materials, and awareness programs to encourage school enrollment and continuation of education.

Objects of the Foundation (as per 12A / 80G requirements)

To undertake charitable activities for the relief of the poor, including food distribution and support services.

To promote education by providing assistance, materials, and awareness programs for underprivileged children.

To organize medical camps, health check-ups, and preventive healthcare programs for the general public.

To promote animal welfare by feeding street animals and encouraging humane treatment and protection of animals.

To carry out all activities on a non-profit basis and apply income solely towards the charitable objects of the Foundation.

To ensure that no part of the income or assets of the Foundation is distributed directly or indirectly to its trustees or members.

To maintain proper books of accounts and comply with all statutory requirements under applicable laws.
